Harris County Suspect Charged with Criminal Mischief After Being Caught on Security FootageSource: Facebook/Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4

Law enforcement in Harris County didn't have to look far for a suspect following an alarm at a residence earlier this week. A deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office was called to the scene of an active alarm in the 5000 block of Bowman Ct on April 27. The deputy located Dalton James Holden, the man now charged in relation with the crime, nearby after the incident.

Security footage from the scene showed a suspect, now identified as Holden, breaking a window with a brick. It was this act that led to his arrest on the grounds of criminal mischief. "Dalton James Holden was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for Criminal Mischief. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 7."  Constable Mark Herman confirmed through a Facebook post

Herman's office has not provided additional details about the motive behind Holden's alleged actions or his current legal representation.
