Violence erupted in South Seattle on a quiet Friday night, leaving two men hospitalized with stab wounds. Seattle Police are delving into the bloody events that unfolded near the 3000 block of South Raymond Street around 8:20 p.m., following a distress call to 911 regarding an injured man seeking refuge in the vicinity.

When EMT-trained cops got to the scene, they found the male victim suffering from multiple stab wounds, according to a Seattle Police Department blog post. The Seattle Fire Department hustled to provide aid, subsequently whisking him away to Harborview Medical Center (HMC) in a grave state.

Meanwhile, a second adult male surfaced at Swedish Hospital, bleeding from wounds starkly similar to those of the first man. This second victim was also transferred to HMC, said to be in serious condition as well. Officers pieced together the blood-stained clues, deducing that the stabbings were likely intertwined. Homicide detectives were summoned to spearhead the investigation into this double stabbing scene.
