Law enforcement officers in Harris County have nabbed a fugitive following a tip-off about his whereabouts. Deputies working for Constable Mark Herman's Office successfully executed a warrant service on April 29, pinpointing Markus Martin, a man on the run from justice, at a location in the 200 block of North Vista Drive.

Officials had been zeroing in on Martin, who had a reputation marred by serious criminal allegations. The constable deputies were able to catch and detain him, confirming that he had two open felony warrants – one for burglary of a habitation and another for assault on a pregnant person, according to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman.
