A New Hampshire mother has been arrested and faces multiple charges for allegedly driving her SUV at a dangerous 112 mph with her two young children unrestrained, officials said. According to the New Hampshire State Police, 23-year-old Shirley Stanley was spotted on Friday night by a state trooper as she raced down Route 101 in Manchester, her vehicle weaving through traffic.

The incident, which unfolded around 9:17 p.m., saw Stanley charged with reckless operation, endangering the welfare of a child, violating required child passenger restraints, and several other related offenses. Upon being pulled over, the trooper discovered her children, ages 1 and 4, in the SUV without any type of child restraint system.
