Five of the eight candidates running in the June 5th mayoral special election will appear at a forum tonight hosted by the Noe Valley Democratic Club.

According to organizers, attorney Angela Alioto, Supervisor London Breed, Supervisor Jane Kim, former State Senator Mark Leno and activist Amy Farah Weiss "have indicated that they should be able to make the meeting."

During the forum, each candidate will receive 10 minutes to make a presentation, followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer session.

Tonight's event, which will take place at the Noe Valley Town Square (3861 24th St. between Sanchez and Vicksburg), will not include Republican candidates Richie Greenberg or Michelle Bravo and Ellen Lee Zhou, both independents.
