An unidentified 24-year-old man who was shot to death last night in Hunters Point is San Francisco's 25th homicide victim this year, police have reported.

Few details have been released in the case, but at around 10:51 p.m. on the 700 block of Kirkwood Avenue, police found a 24-year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Police are seeking a male suspect in his thirties in connection with the case.
