Local favorite Pizzeria Delfina has opened its third San Francisco location in SoMa, at 688 Mission St. Like the original locations in the Mission and Pacific Heights, it specializes in Neapolitan-style pies like the Chico Pie with goat cheese, mozzarella, fava greens, walnut, and marjoram; and a carbonara-style white pizza topped with guanciale, an egg and pecorino cheese. Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.

For accompaniments, look for small bites like saffron arancini (deep-fried stuffed rice balls), buffalo burrata on crostini and Neapolitan meatballs in sugo. You can find the full menu here.

Yelp users are excited about Pizzeria Delfina's newest location, which currently holds five stars out of 12 reviews on the site.

"Get the carbonara pizza," Michelle C. recommended. "Just to give you an idea of how popular the carbonara was — all three solo diners at the bar (myself included) were munching away at the delectable egg-topped pizza. No regrets."

"Delicious pizza and salads; we loved everything we ordered," agreed Yelper Gohar K., who reviewed Pizzeria Delfina on January 1. "Friendly staff and a beautiful restaurant."

Pizzeria Delfina is open from 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11:30 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday.

"The cocktails are amazing!" Yelper Elena S. wrote. "There are different spaces within the bar, so you never get bored. There's a room with a pool table, a mezzanine and also a front Art Deco room that features an amazing mural. The shadow-box tables are super interesting to look at and have stories depicted with old photos and knickknacks."

Executive Order is open from 10 a.m.–11 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday, 10 a.m.–1:30 a.m. on Friday, 5 p.m.–1:30 a.m. on Saturday, and 5 p.m.–11 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Monday.)

Adam B. noted of the roasted pork bánh mì: "The bread was so tasty.  Not only was it warm and toasty, it had a nice chew to it. It seemed they were keeping it in a bread warmer; so important! The roasted pork was nice too. Not overly seared and full of marinade."
