Standing at the helm of the culinary industry for the past 20 years, Michelin three-star Quince is ready to reopen this summer with a thrilling new addition. Owners Lindsay and Michael Tusk breathe life back into former event space Cookhouse, now christened Officina, meaning "workshop" in Italian. Housing Chef Michael Tusk's test kitchen by day and hosting exclusive gatherings for the Tusks' fully subscribed membership club Quince & Co by night, Officina promises exclusivity and a tantalizing glimpse into the heart of culinary innovation.

The 1,200-square-foot loft, perched above Vesuvio Cafe in North Beach, will also serve as a rental for intimate events of upto 35 attendees. The Tusks also oversee an ongoing renovation project at Quince and the successful operation of Cotogna next door, with an espresso cafe and gelateria in the works.
