According to the details released by the Chicago Police Department, Cobbs was last spotted in the vicinity of St. Louis Ave. and Lexington St. in Chicago, around 5:12 p.m. on May 7. She was wearing a black shirt with pink birthday lettering, blue jeans, black boots, and a black headband – an image now at the center of her family's plea for safe return.
Area Four SVU Detectives urge anyone with information to come forward.
