The Concord Police Department has taken Chi Ngoc Vu, a salon owner, into custody on multiple charges of sexual assault, marking another horrid instance of trust betrayed on 4701 Clayton Rd., as per the department's special unit focused on such heinous crimes.

Vu, who at 41 years helmed "Chi Hair Salon," stands accused of attacking within the establishment's walls, with the Special Victims Unit (SVU) arresting on April 29, the Concord Police indicated this in a report that throws light upon the dark happenings that purportedly occurred behind the closed doors of a community business.

The allegations are grave and many: forcible rape, unlawful sexual intercourse, forcible oral copulation, oral copulation of a minor under 16, alongside two counts of lewd acts on a child, charges leveled by the District Attorney's Office, reflective of a breach of morality and law that cuts deep, as listed on the department's official news release.
