The name of the victim is being withheld until a formal identification can be made by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, the investigation into the woman's death has revealed few leads, she had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, and despite the lack of witnesses or suspects, law enforcement remains persistent in their search for answers.
