Country music fans have a new reason to make a pilgrimage to Nashville this summer, as Lainey Wilson is set to open a new establishment named "Bell Bottoms Up" in the spot once occupied by the FGL House, according to a statement obtained by WKRN. The venue at 120 3rd Ave South promises to deliver a unique blend of music, drinks, and a Cajun-inspired menu, channeling Wilson's Louisiana heritage.

Partnering with TC Restaurant Group, the "Things a Man Oughta Know" singer is slated to quickly become the latest in a string of music stars to strategically brand their presence on Nashville's Lower Broadway. "I’m so excited to announce Bell Bottoms Up, which will be opening later this Summer," Lainey Wilson said, in a statement echoed across iHeart.com and other outlets. Wilson's undertaking seems to follow a blossoming trend that has seen artists like Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, and Miranda Lambert open namesake bars downtown.

The three-story "Bell Bottoms Up" will feature two stages and four bars, with a lounge bar overlookingly the main stage and dining area. In a nod to Wilson's bayou roots, the 27,000 square-foot venue will serve up Southern flavors such as shrimp boils, crawfish, and boudin. This comes months after Wilson's collaboration with Barmen 1873 Bourbon for a pop-up event, suggesting a penchant for tying her brand to unique drinking experiences. Fans are already keyed up for a space where they can "create new memories at," as described by Wilson in her press release.

The end of the road for the FGL House comes after a run of nearly seven years, with Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley confirming the closure of their venue to make way for Wilson's establishment. Despite going their separate ways professionally, the former FGL duo have paved the way for new blood to infuse Nashville's iconic scene, as reported by FOX 17 News.

As for Lainey Wilson, fresh off a global tour and a strong start to the year with the release of "Country's Cool Again," the bar opening marks another milestone for the CMA Entertainer of the Year. She shared her enthusiasm, telling fans, "I can't wait for all my Wild Horses to get to experience my home away from home," as per her announcement. With the grand opening anticipated for this summer, "Bell Bottoms Up" is poised to become a lively new hub for country music enthusiasts and bar-goers alike.
