Nashville's famed lower Broadway is about to get a touch more twang with the Memorial Day weekend opening of "This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen," a sprawling 30,000-square-foot tribute to country music's chart-topper Morgan Wallen. Right next door to the Ryman Auditorium at 107 4th Avenue North, Wallen's latest venture promises to be a six-story country music haven complete with three live stages, an open-air rooftop, and, of course, a souvenir shop flush with Wallen wares.

The bar will not only serve as a hangout for fans but also aims to firmly root itself as a part of Nashville's storied tradition of music venues. In a bid to genuinely capture the essence of his upbringing, Wallen has teamed up to create a menu stacked with homely Southern pleasures and family favorites. "I sing about finding myself in ‘this bar’ and now it’s coming to life," Wallen told NewsChannel5. "This venue will hold true to everything I love and is inspired by my fans and the way they have embraced me and my music."

During his announcement at one of his performances at Nissan Stadium, as per The Tennessean, Wallen exclaimed to the crowd, “We’re designing a menu around some of my family favorites, so it brings a piece of East Tennessee to Music City.” He also hopes "This Bar is a place you’ll want to find yourself in and make memories with your friends and family and celebrate the way country music has brought us all together."

Each floor of "This Bar" will be a tribute to Morgan Wallen's journey, decked out with photos and memorabilia from his childhood in Sneedville, TN, and career milestones. Collaborations with TC Restaurant Group's VP of Culinary Development, Chef Tomasz Wosiak, ensure the food is sure to please the southern palate. According to a statement obtained by NewsChannel9, the venue will not only feature his mom's recipes but also pay homage to his favorite Tennessee sports team.

Wallen, who has firmly established himself as a country music phenomenon, seems set to pour his heart and soul into this bar, hoping to make it a nashville staple. With three concerts under his belt this month at Nissan Stadium, and now with his brand establishment, Wallen's star only seems to be on the rise, bringing his brand of country authenticity right to the heart of Music City.
