The man bore several distinctive scars that could assist in his identification, according to a statement from the Medical Examiner's Office. These include a craniotomy scar on his head and scars on his left forearm, left upper shoulder, near the right elbow, and on the right hand. Additionally, there was evidence of an orthopedic repair to his right lower leg.

In terms of clothing, the man was found wearing green scrubs with "PHSC" on the pant leg and back of the shirt. He also wore a gray Columbia full zip fleece jacket, a black puffer vest, blue jeans with a 36/30 size label, and Keen shoes fitted with yellow orthopedic inserts his attire further adds to the mystery of his identity.

Authorities are urging anyone with information that may lead to identifying this individual to come forward.
